USDA Food Safety Education and Consumer Information
USDA Food Safety Inspection Services publications organized by subject, by audience, and alphabetically. Many available in Spanish and other languages.

US FDA Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition
Information on many food-safety related topics including press releases on current issues and the Bad Bug Book.

US Health and Human Services - Centers for Disease Control
Information on foodborne and waterborne illnesses, their prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Information on hot topics such as antibiotic resistance, irradiation of foods, genetically modified foods, and others.

FightBAC™ The Partnership for Food Safety Education

Food Safe Schools

USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service
The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is the public health agency in the U.S. Department of Agriculture responsible for ensuring that the nation's commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg products is safe, wholesome, and correctly labeled and packaged. Some information available in Spanish.

University of Massachusetts Extension Nutrition Education Program: Food Safety
