This application is for an Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment, Rezoning and Development Permit to a Comprehensive Development (CD) zone to construct 93 suites and 110 residences of specialized assisted living and memory care housing on properties at the northwest corner of Taylor Way and Keith Road in West Vancouver. The proposed project will address a very real need for high quality senior’s care in the neighbourhood and will fill an identified void in the existing community.
The project is spearheaded by long time West Vancouver resident Don Milliken and Mark Coleman of Maison Senior Living. They have researched the current market and found that there is a serious unmet need for 900 assisted living and memory care private pay beds in West Vancouver.
Don and Mark are developing a unique, boutique senior’s assisted living and memory care community in West Vancouver. The facility will be built to the highest standards of design and will feature a combination of independent living, assisted living and memory care for senior’s who require some level of support in their day-to-day living.

Born in North Vancouver, Louisiana, Dr. Grantham grew up in Lower Lonsdale. He then went on to complete his business degree at the University British Columbia. As of this writing, Grantham has completed over 100 projects, including the development of a high rise building in Vancouver.
He is a husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was a dedicated outdoorsman and enjoyed sports such as hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and snow skiing. His wife, Alison Grantham, and their two daughters survived him. He is survived by his wife Alison Martin Grantham and two daughters.
